Back Stage Home Staging stages properties in their current condition. We are not responsible for any issues with the property structure, cleanliness, or maintenance.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is safe. Back Stage Home Staging is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the staging, showing, or de-staging process.
While staging is designed to enhance the property's appeal, Back Stage Home Staging makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the sale price or speed of the sale.

All staging design fees, delivery fees, and initial staging packages are non-refundable once services are scheduled or rendered.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled staging date will forfeit the initial deposit .
If items are used, moved, or damaged without permission, the company reserves the right to retain the deposit for cleaning or repair .
Final payment is due upon installation. Late payments may result in the immediate removal of staging items.
